Lorde & Donne is a craft-driven womenswear brand from India. 

We began with a desire to engage with Indian craft, and to create for the modern Indian woman. Our intention is not to present one carefully packaged, definitive aesthetic. Rather, it’s to build a foundation that’s rooted enough in its own eccentricities and malleable enough to engage with India’s craft legacy. 


Our beliefs about the world we’re building —

1/ Our identity is malleable. 
Contemporary Indian is as modern as it is nostalgic. 


2/ Craft is not singular. 
It can be precious. It can be gritty.

For something to stay the same, it needs to change.
